When you use this recruitment portal, we collect the information you provide during registration and the application process, including your personal, contact, identification, educational, employment, medical, guarantor and referee information, and any documents you upload.

2. How We Use Your Information

Your information is used solely to process your application to NDLEA Enlistment Portal, including document verification, screening, communication about your application status, and, if successful, onboarding as an employee or contractor.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. Your data may be shared with guarantors/referees you nominate (for verification purposes), our screening/training partners strictly for recruitment purposes, and service providers who help us operate this portal (e.g. email and SMS delivery), under confidentiality obligations.

4. Data Security

We apply industry-standard safeguards including encrypted password storage, restricted access to uploaded documents, and activity logging. No online system can be guaranteed 100% secure, but we take reasonable steps to protect your data.

5. Your Rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal data (subject to our legitimate recruitment record-keeping needs) by contacting support@join.ndleaservice.name.ng.

6. Data Retention

Application data is retained for the duration of the recruitment exercise and a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, after which it may be archived or deleted.
